Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar passed away this morning. He breathed his last at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. Ever since the news of his unfortunate death surfaced, social media has been filled with mourners for his loss. Many Bollywood celebrities have also expressed their grief over the death of Lata Mangeshkar. Now, Salman Khan took to his Instagram handle to share a throwback photo of himself with Nightingale as he mourned the loss.

In the picture, we can see Salman Khan standing with Lata Mangeshkar on the stage of an awards show. Lata Mangeshkar can be seen smiling while she is on stage with Mike. Sharing this photo, Salman wrote, “U will be missed our nightingale. But ur voice shall live with us forever … #RIPLataji.” The moment Salman shared this post, fans went to the comments section to express their grief. Many celebrities have been spotted at Lata Mangeshkar’s residence since morning. Celebrities like Anupam Kher, Javed Akhtar, Bhagyashree, Sachin Tendulkar and others were snatched outside his house.

According to sources, Lata Mangeshkar’s body will be brought to her Peddar Road residence in Prabhu Kunj at around 12:30 p.m. After 3 p.m., the family members will leave for Dadar’s Shivaji Park, where the last rites will reportedly be performed from 4 p.m.
